Use of an OHV for general transportation or travel for purpose other than access to recreational areas is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">An Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) is a motor vehicle that is designed primarily for off-highway and all-terrain use.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">All OHV operated in Nevada are required to be registered, unless exempt by NRS 490.082.3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-center wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mesquitenv.gov\/resources\/off-highway-vehicles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">City of Mesquite OHV<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"nfd-text-base nfd-gap-md nfd-gap-y-xl wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"nfd-shadow-xs nfd-p-card-square nfd-rounded nfd-gap-md wp-block-group is-vertical is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-dd225191 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"nfd-text-xl nfd-text-primary nfd-text-balance has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300;letter-spacing:2px\">Arizona<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nfd-text-balance nfd-text-faded  has-text-align-left\"><strong><em>All OHV&#8217;s must have OHV decal to ride off-road in Arizona<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">As of Jan. 1, 2025, one registered owner of the OHV is required to take the free course \u201cOHV Decal: Safe &amp; Ethical Riding in Arizona\u201d in order to purchase a decal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">A&nbsp;<strong>resident<\/strong>&nbsp;OHV decal, which is available to Arizona residents and can be purchased through the Arizona Department of Transportation\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azdot.gov\/motor-vehicles\/vehicle-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Motor Vehicle Division<\/a>&nbsp;(MVD) offices statewide, at an authorized third-party MVD service provider or online at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/azmvdnow.gov\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AZ MVD Now<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">A&nbsp;<strong>nonresident<\/strong>&nbsp;OHV decal, which can only be purchased online through an Arizona Game and Fish Department portal account. The decal is not sold at AZGFD offices.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/accounts.azgfd.com\/Account\/Register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Register for an account<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-text-align-center wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.azgfd.com\/off-highway-vehicle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arizona OHV<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"nfd-shadow-xs nfd-p-card-square nfd-rounded nfd-gap-md nfd-theme-dark nfd-bg-surface is-style-nfd-theme-dark wp-block-group is-vertical is-content-justification-left is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-dd225191 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\" style=\"border-width:1px\">\n<p class=\"nfd-text-xl nfd-text-primary nfd-text-balance has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300;letter-spacing:2px\">Utah<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nfd-text-balance nfd-text-faded  has-text-align-left\"><strong><em>All OHV&#8217;s must have OHV decal or a license plate to ride off-road in Utah<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Utah requires all OHV operators to complete the Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course.
